What is a contact list

A contact list is a collection of contacts. A contact list can have a name and description.

To view your contact lists, navigate to the "lists" page under the "contacts" section of the website.

From here, you can view and browse your contact lists. If you don't have any contact lists, you can create your first one on this page. All you need to provide is the name of the new contact list. You can optionally include a description, as well as a CSV of contacts to add to the list:

Here is how different columns of the CSV you upload are treated:

• email: this column must exist and it is used to attach an email to the contact

• name: this column is added as a contact property to the contact that is created for the row. Additionally, the column is treated as "full name" and the name is split into the "first name" and "last name" properties for the contact

• all others: any other column is treated as a contact property and attached to the contact where the property name is the column
